Even without the projection distortion, Greenland is pretty big. It’s more than 3 times larger than France. But it’s definitely not as large as the US as it seems in the projection.

Using any kind nuclear force ends in a global apocalypse. Thousands or scenarios and simulations were run on this topic for the past several decades, and the result is always the same. Uhhh…the coverup worked. I’m 42, and this is the first I’ve ever heard that we nuked Greenland. I feel like that SHOULD be common knowledge, but I’m willing to bet if I ask 100 random people, 0 will think I’m telling the truth if I told them we’ve nuked Greenland before.
I mean, it’s not accurate to say we nuked them, as no nuclear detonation occurred. We did contaminate the area with radiation and likely harmed the Danish workers assisting in the cleanup.
The cleanup was performed by people who didn’t know that these were nuclear weapons though.
