If you are not social and want to be, this is actually a good way to practice conversations. The idea is to pretend to be one side of a conversation and try to mimic what a person would say in a situation. I’m pretty sure the design intent was to make your first level of defense learning mechanics and using the dodge roll. If you can do that consistently you can just pump damage and speed, which is what everyone wants to do anyway.
