I’d re-arrange the order of the forks, knives and spoons in the cutlery draw.

They said they don’t want to do that because they’d be pulling resources away from the new game.
Also, by Sports Interactive just updating the old game, they will be admitting that they could just do that on a yearly basis, rather than releasing a “new” game with a few extra features.
I also think it’s not as simple as just updating assets. They’ve got official licenses for Premier League and all its clubs for FM25, and I imagine those licenses may be based on stipulations that they assets must appear in a particular way which matches the new game, not the old one. It’s probably too much work.
Yeah it looked promising. Also a shame I never got to try it properly because it didn’t work for me from the start. Home timeline never loaded and errored out and I never got any kind of support response so gave up on it. Oh well.
(Also, hi Harry in the wilds of Lemmy. 👋😂)
But it’s called Star Wars Outlaws.
A full night’s sleep every night does sound good. I wonder what that’s like.
It’s at that point I’d start looking for a new job.
Baldur’s Gate 3 should win, but it won’t. It’ll be Zelda or Spider-Man.
A solid foundation to build on I’d say. Needs better optimisation as my GPU runs hotter than I’d expect. As far as I can tell there are still a lot of quality-of-life things missing that were in the first game via mods. I’ve only played it for a couple of hours though so far though.
Early game I’m getting 50-60 FPS @ 1440p on a 3070 and i7-12700K. Haven’t got to a high population point yet but I expect a drop as my city gets bigger.
Overall the playability is good so far. A few stutters here and there, and also some texture flickering. Not as bad as I was expecting from all the noise surrounding the game at the moment.
Ive met some great people on mstdn.games. It’s a gaming focused Mastodon instance.
Broken ice cream machines are a regular thing here in the UK.
We stream white noise through Spotify because it means it’ll be there on any device that’s Spotify works on. Phones, tablets, smart speakers, TVs, whatever.
My wife and I play white noise to my son via Spotify to help him sleep.
It’s the same rhetoric that the UK government are using to get a backdoor on messaging apps with E2EE.
YouTube still slips through the net unfortunately.
UK as well.
I had my invite and signed up. Deleted my account there two days later. It’s awful over there.
The average person doesn’t understand what that means, let alone actually do it.
Middle out.
