  • No way you’re unironically pulling out the identity politics when just about every single revolutionary party in the US’ history was led by minorities. We are the first to feel the brunt of capitalism and for that reason we are the ones to lead the charge against it while the privileged sit in their condos waiting for everything to blow over so they can say “Oh I actually supported civil rights this whole time :)”

I would say you’re for the most part correct but we should all be very well aware of the dangers of our anthropomorphizing of animals. These negative reactions in the public tend to lead to horrible things being done to organisms like sharks and bugs that are important to their ecosystems and the world as a whole.

Projecting human standards of life and morality onto other organisms is inappropriate and a net-harm for both humanity and animals. People doing this behavior would do well to be reminded of how most of their favorite animals like cats, dogs, ducks, goats, etc. reproduce in ways that would be considered absolutely horrifying to our human cultures.

  • You expect me to believe that the man that went to a well-known neo-nazi march for 4 consecutive years in the 2010’s just got his shit together and decided to stop being a nazi while still backing the nationalist party in Russia? He’s not even the most electable candidate against Putin which makes this whole bandwagon everyone’s on even more ridiculous, the second most popular party in Russia is the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. But everyone keeps trying to posture this supposedly ex-nazi as the last opponent Putin has ever had. It’s ridiculous and not based in reality.
