What? I’m supposed to feel bad for boomers with the money to snowbird to Florida now? They’ll be just fine.
It’s actually worse than that: Snowbirds are complaining about not being able to sell their homes quickly and for good money. Nothing is preventing them from leaving their home vacant and/or reducing the price so locals can afford it.
If they wanted to leave so bad they would take what they could get for their vacation homes and have left already. Had a whole year before the mass exodus started. Greedy douche canoes can stay and suffer in Florida for all I care.
