  • State should send along the voter rolls.

Printed on paper and with first names, last initial, the ward/district they live in and no party affiliation and a few randomly generated code numbers to just fuck things up in the database… or better yet, send the paper lists with the names redacted with sharpie markers, and leave the party affiliations. use old school printouts that are photocopied (and send those) so no one can hold the paper up to the light to see what’s under the redactions…

Deflect and use Trump’s own words about the Epsteinn files to justify “…following in President Trump’s bold leadership style…”

Time to out Trump the decrepit old fucker.

  • Stay off Reddit for at least three months so your IP address is flushed from their system and create a new account with a new email address. Also, reset your browser or reddit app so there are no old reddit cookies or other identifiable data on your device. Then just lurk for the first month or three and if you need to interact with someone, (tips, help… whatever…) do it privately through the chat/DM system… Also be selective on what subs you join… Avoid rebuilding your old profile - which does include your habits and hobbies - and focus on a new “identity.”

  • Permabans are just that. Wait 100 days for your IP info to be cleared from their system and set up a new account… OR… do the better thing, and stay here and help build up a friendliwer, less censored, more decentralized group of forums.

I was 2 weeks shy of 15 years on Reddit, got sniped by a 'bot for a metaphorical statement and was banned… Found old lemmy.zip, signed up and started expanding to other servers and picking up subscri[ptions on different instances - t’s amazing! - its like Reddit was when I first found it in 2009, and I haven’t skipped a beat or missed Reddit one bit.

Dig in your heels and stick around and build / find a nicer community here. When the penny drops on how the comms work and the instances are federated, you will find there is more variety than you know.

    Lemmy is WAAY better.

  • Yup. It’s what I’ve been saying since this story broke. If you see the story on various websites that have open comments, mention that it is defamatory and very open to lawsuits, if you can.

Let’s give this plenty of attention and take a page from Trump’s ever growing use of lawsuits to throw it back in the administration’s face.

Ms. Armstrong needs to file a defamation lawsuit over the doctored image. She wasn’t sobbing as she was arrested. Not in the least. The “memes” will continue, is a direct statement that the White House is going to continue an official policy of lies and defaming American citizens exercising their First Amendment rights.

    LAWSUIT time!
