Welcome to jury nullification. The first rule of jury nullification is: you do not talk about jury nullification. The second rule of jury nullification is: you DO NOT talk about jury nullification. Because if the judge catches wind of it, they’ll swap you out with an alternate juror.
Just to add, despite literally over a two hundrdd years of legal precedence confirming the legality of jury nullification, up to and including the supreme court, judges can still say otherwise.
Don’t say it, and know that the judges instructions can be wrong.
Jury jury = new Jury() if (jury) { jury = null }deleted by creator
Thats not nullification, thats a hung jury, Nullification you cannot re-try, if you get a hung jury you get a miss trial and you can tretry
