Can definitely confirm that there are several very playable avenue on Retroid Pocket 5: Android, Windows Bedrock via Winlator, Linux via Portmaster, the Switch version via Yuzu, the 3DS version via Lime3DS. I have not tested the Vita version via Vita3K or the PS3 version on Rocknix yet.

I dont have an answer, but I just wanted to respond because it’s pretty awesome seeing anyone else on Lemmy talking about Rocknix and ArkOS.

Have you got any idea why wifi wouldn’t toggle on ArkOS? I’ve had a great experience with it on the RG353V, but it was a bit finicky the first time I tried it. I reflashed the firmware on a different microSD and that weirdly resolved the issues I had, which resolved around sound and Bluetooth not working right.

Have you had covid? I have had a similar experience, and I suspect it’s a form of long covid affecting cognitive abilities and memory. You may want to look into it, as this is currently being studied.
