      He wants to try to be human, obviously humans in general fuck as much as possible (he has an excellent role model working near him), and it’s not like he has any reason not to fuck.

      Ergo the only reason we don’t see picard rubbing his face in exhaustion as he explains what “discretion” is, is because it’s a TV show and they couldn’t get away with it.
      In-universe he’s presumably got enough experience that he puts Fisto to shame.

          1. There is literally zero evidence or suggestion that he likely fucks. Being built fully functional doesn’t mean much when asexual people are also built fully functional
