We all grew up with In Space No One Can Hear You Scream...is this true? Is there any sound out there without picking it up on an electronic device?

Depending on your definition of scream, strong enough microwaves can be heard by an unaided human https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microwave_auditory_effect

Microwaves are electromagnetic radiation. And the effect (hearing) is produced in situ.

That’s not sound (a scream) which is a mechanical wave (relies on atoms and/or molecules to propagate.)
