This is definitely one to look forward to; the manga has been great! I’m extremely curious to see what the rakugo performances will be like, and whether & how they’ll use music with them.
While waiting for this, I encourage the curious to watch Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju. It’s an excellent audiovisual essay on rakugo.
