Fresh wheelset for my single speed and i noticed this out of the box. Should i be worried or is it fine?

Just echoing what others have said here. That’s one of the scariest things I’ve ever seen.
That, to me, screams out of round. I’d be worried.
I would not ride on this.
Worried. Very worried. Return ASAP. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.
Something is wrong. The shim is not holding correctly. I think the spokes might be over tensioned, but I would try and replace it.
I am a former Buyer for a bike shop chain. I’ve handled thousands of bikes. This is not normal.
That wheel will break in no time if you use it. Your neck may break, too.
Return it.
Definitely looks broken.
