That’s what drove me to switch my gaming PC to LMDE6. I ran W11 for a couple months after it came out, then switched back to W10 because fuck W11, then when W10 got the EOL announcement I bit the bullet, backed everything up, and wiped Windows from my drive. No ragrets.
Considering october is the planned end of life for w10 I wouldn’t be surprised

What did you switch to?
I ended up with mint. The UI is familiar and it was very easy to set up. Most of my needs are simple. Browsing. Gaming. Occasional spreadsheet.
I’m going with mint as well, hope it will be a good experience
I have already started searching for alternative software because I have a bunch that support Windows only currently
