Bush did the beta testing, it worked. Obama continued their use. It’s like saying more people used iPhones in 2015 than in 2008.

They were bleeding-edge technology in Bush’s time. Anyway, the whole Obama/drone thing is nothing but lazy repetition of meaningless talking points.
