Yes, you can sometimes take other things on site, but there is a requirement to have at least one 4x4 pickup and the diesel requirement is real. 20 years ago is 20 years ago, I used to use a 2wd chevy 3/4 ton gasser too.
The Energy and Utilities Board does not regulate trucks. But please tell all the gas and private vehicles on site that they need to turn themselves in.
