The European Union has summoned Russia’s envoy to Brussels for an explanation after one of the bloc’s officials was attacked in the Russian city of Vladivostok last month

That story is still breaking I guess, the article is very short and low on detail.

I wonder how Russia will react? Mask off a lá “Diplomacy’d dead” or at least trying to keep up a semblance of it?
