I noticed that “Ask Lemmy” only has 4 moderators.
That’s a single mod per 12k~ subscribers.
Or a single mod per 250~ users daily.

Maybe we don’t always need as many moderators as reddit would make you believe.
Them and their career mods. Dudes just loved to power trip.
