I had a Motorola MPx200 back in the day, and it was my only flip phone in all my years of having mobile phones. I have to say it was really nice doing the flipping. There’s something about the tactility and the chunky hinge doing the snapping.

Not sure where I read it, but apparently they are mostly bought by women because the flip phones are more practical when you have tiny or nonexistent pockets and a small purse.

My wife can’t wait for these to become affordable (sub $500). She is still pissed off that mid-range small phones disappeared 3-4 years ago to be replaced by 6" phablets.

Depending on bezels and ratio, it could be smaller than your 4.7 inch Nexus 4 for example
