              Says who… I delivered for doordash for a while in a medium-ish sized US city and lots of people did exactly that.

                You don’t see it as often as you see fast food because groceries were added later than restaurants. People think of it as “eating out with even less effort”

        Whilst this only applies to a minority of people who use these services, if you’re disabled, having someone else stand in line for you is a godsend.
